General Manager : Enterprise DevelopmentSalary : Negotiable per annum.Area : Johannesburg.Sector : Executive.Summary : The purpose of this is to lead, direct and manage the Enterprise Development and Supplier Development initiatives of the company.

  • Qualifications required : A BCom business management degree or relevant tertiary qualifications;A post graduate qualification will be an added advantage;
  • Industry certifications in BBBEE. Experience Required : 5 years enterprise development experience;3 years in senior management Knowledge specific legislation, i.

    e. The MFMA, PPPFA, BBBEE codes, etc;5 years xperience in supplier diversity;Experience with strategic sourcing methodology and supplier contracting.

  • Capacitate SMME Contractors;Coordinate the allocation of job opportunities;Ensure viable business development support programs;
  • Capacitate and support SMMEs to ensure effective delivery management.Manage on-boarding processes.Direct development of Supplier Management Strategy and monitor adherence to strategic objectives.

    Define supplier management policies / procedures and develop / implement supplier qualification / certification criteria.

    Direct monitoring / improvement of internal / external stakeholder satisfaction.Analyse market trends and benchmarking.Liaise with suppliers regarding requirements to maintain supplier status and legislative compliance i.

    e. compliance with BBBEE, Quality programmes, Contractor Compliance Initiatives.
