he Process Engineer is responsible for documenting and analyzing business processes with the objectives to improve efficiency and effectiveness through optimization and automation.
The individual must therefore have experience in process design and monitoring, and well as technical optimization skills.
We are looking for an engineer who has had exposure to process development, testing, implementation and review.
You will be required to do the following :
Process documentation, optimisation and automation.
Understanding of client take on, change request management
Obtaining and coordination of all interdepartmental (stakeholder) input in respect of process and departmental dependencies when setting up or changing processes
Custodian of process flow documents and client specifications
Regular review and analysis of process efficacies and adjusting processes accordingly where needed
Supporting Process Consultants in mapping and optimising processes
Final sign off on change requests as well as post implementation sign off on process changes implemented
Technical automation experience scripting, process automation tools, electronic document management, and monitoring
Support in translation of business needs and communicating to IT Development teams
Provide support to clients and KAMs on data integration requirements, mapping and 3rd party systems - Cas / E4 / Vision / CACS / Sharefile / QMS / Tallyman / DM9 / Nadir
The requirements for the role are :
5+ years’ experience in client service operations, or related business and process analysis
Experience with Software design and Development
Experience in service management
Bachelor's degree related to information systems or project management
Working knowledge of :
Front and back end Cheetah, ASC
Understanding of client data and integration
Cas / E4 / Vision / CACS / Sharefile / QMS / Tallyman / DM9 / Nadir
MS Office (Excel)
Experience in the entire process engineering process from development to implementation
