MAJOR PURPOSE : Manages several levels of relationships among the branch / dealer networks and develops new credit products.
This includes contact with dealers, monitoring the pricing of every product and implementing the marketing plan. Has sales responsibility as an individual contributor, through a staff of direct reports, or a sales force which is outsourced through a third party.
MAJOR DUTIES : Contacts dealers on a regular basis to ensure the readiness of the credit service and volume targets. Supervises the marketing and action plans applicable to every region in the country.
Monitors the pricing of every product and calculates the proper spread adjustment to achieve the targeted yields. Provides training to the dealer's sales force to assure credit products are communicated to sales prospects.
Develops new products according to the market demand while assessing risk mitigation and targeted yields. Manages sensitive market and internal information to elaborate marketing and advertising plans for launching or reinforcement of credit products.
Attends special events, farm shows, openings and meetings to disclose credit products among the general public, governmental agencies and personnel of the branch to increase the demand for credit from direct and indirect clientele.
Technical Skills & Knowledge : Understanding of financial modeling and / or marketing concepts. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.
Working knowledge of global financial markets, derivatives, futures, and currency management. Bi-lingual (English and one other language).
Understanding of credit products or services and policies. Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills Understanding of communication theories Degree in a Business / Management discipline or equivalent experience / Degree in an Accounting / Finance discipline or equivalent experience / Degree in a Marketing discipline or equivalent experience.
Work experience : Experience working in the finance industry. - 1 - 3 years Sales / marketing management experience. - 4 - 7 years Managerial experience 1 - 3 yearsTechnical Skills & Knowledge : Understanding of financial modeling and / or marketing concepts.
