Paarden Eiland Plan and Implement appropriate strategies in accordance with trends identified in the market as per client requirements.

Essential Duties & responsibilities : Assist in monitoring all department budgets, manage all inventories on quarterly basis and assist all team members to manage all production schedules.

Manage inventory level for all components and finished products and ensure compliance to all business requirements.Manage and control all workflow for projects and maintain an efficient inventory level of all safety stock by reviewing all volume requirements for all production materials.

Assist all new product development and improvement in all existing products and ensure optimal inventory level at all times.

Facilitate and provide data to prepare all sales forecasts and implement all new products and processesAssist in obtaining and managing all orders and deliveries for all external processesPrepare reports to be presented to managementManage demand and supply of all materials.

Collaborate with all stakeholders to monitor all supply chain activities and resolve all availability issues.Prepare reports for all planning activity metrics, analyze all results to recommend required improvements in performance and collaborate with Material Manager to forecast all required strategies.

Evaluate and prepare forecast all policy changes and recommend appropriate business requirements.Participate in all evaluation meetings on weekly and monthly basis.

Maintain optimal level of performance within required budget and ensure compliance to all standard projects.Train all subordinates of planning team on various systems.

Oversee production planning and management activities within the organisation.Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.

Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.Notify customers on any delays and outages.Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.Assist in employee hiring, training, performance evaluation, retention and termination activities.

Any other activities that may be required from time to timeExperience : 8 years + relevant work experience as senior planner and hands on experienceGood research and competitor analysis skills and an understanding of industry trends and market conditions gained through experience and research.

Excellent concept to launch capabilities.Experience of, and able to prioritise workloadsManaging complex budgetsEducation : Tertiary Bachelors degree in FinanceStrong numeracy skillsSkills : Computer literacy Operational / function understanding of ecommerce technologies and websites proficiency with office web ecommerce engines, customer service software Microsoft Products, NetSuite, Zendesk, and Magento a plusExcel Excel formulas, pivot tables, data extraction and formatting.

Research. Microsoft Office proficiency with Word and ExcelCustomer Service Deal with Customer issuesProblem solving Problem Solving Through Negotiation, Consensus Investigate unusual variances and advise as to actions.
