An International well-established Defence Industry companyis looking for Graduate Engineers to take on the role of exceptional BusinessDevelopment managers to further the company footprint and market share.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth throughboosting sales, developing products and solutions and forging strongrelationships with clients.
You will be the front of the company and will have thededication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
To excel in this role, you should have a hunger to chase andclose new business.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain andcustomer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport andarrange meetings.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Promote the company’s products / services addressing orpredicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence tolaw-established rules and guidelines.
Developing goals for the development team and businessgrowth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop theirskills.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
The Business Developers will have to be hard working,intelligent and able to work under pressure and with high profile clients andspecialised products and solutions.
Own reliable transport
Must be willing to travel internationally
Must be willing to emigrate
Must be willing and able to work more than just office hoursdepending on workload and designated region time differences
Strong communication skills and IT fluency
B Eng or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Societal awareness and sensitivity.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, andhandle uncertainty.
Good business sense
Plenty of initiative
up to 5 / 7 years’ experience.
