Minimum requirements :
Tertiary qualification in International Trade / Marketing, Consumer Science or similar
Born Marketer type of person
3+ years working experience within the same or similar role
Identifying new clients in export approved countries and approaching appropriate channels and close the deal
Overall market research on trends etc.
Come up with marketing ideas to make the product more visible
Responsible for all tasks relating to the dispatch / production and administration of export orders including the preparation of documentation;
Pursuing of inquiries received via email and company website
Air, sea and road freight quotations
Coordinating state vet export applications and inspections
Preparing and coordination of all relevant documentation for each export job and checked for accuracy prior to sending it out
Coordination of each client s product specifications (cuts and portions), labelling, packaging and documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing Lists, Halal Certificates, Certificate of Origins, Health Certificates etc)
Ensuring that all shipments are met with the clients import regulations including company policy.
Ensuring that customers are updated on the status of jobs and relevant documentation is sent to customers as per their requirement.
Ensuring that clients are invoiced in line with what has been agreed and the costing is accurate, and orders are profitable.
Ensuring that invoices and credit notes are generated or requested for each export order when necessary and all queries are resolved
Maintaining accurate records for each export consignment.
Duties will include but is not limited to :
arranging shipments and expediting orders and documents.
