Your primary responsibility is ensuring that investment into our products, both existing and new, deliver the maximum value for our clients and hence, Inoxico.

It is an exciting role that involves participation in an entire commercialization process. It starts with gathering and filtering the ideas and requests from our clients and the market as well as develop our innovative pipeline of new innovations and enhancements, right through to prototyping and to bringing these ideas to market.

Your role is critical in finding the right problems to solve and the right way to solve them, using the lean methodology and all the intelligence and resources you can muster.

You will be part of a crack product development team that is at the center of Inoxicos disruptive strategy, having access to world-class software development capability and a dynamic leadership team at Inoxico to support you in achieving these goals.

ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation (30%)Conduct regular innovation workshops to discuss Inoxicos plans and intended designs with key stakeholdersDrive collection of user insights and client problem-solving to understand needs and value driversPerform pre-sales analysis, such as providing technical and commercial inputs for proposalsEngage with clients throughout sales, innovation and project processesProduct Development (30%)Workshopping and assessment of ideas and improvementsSourcing and prioritization of internal product requirementsEnsure lean product development, following the problem-market-fit and product-market-fit approachPlan and develop prototypes and MVPs to validate ideas before further investmentDevelop and maintain a market view of the industry from examination of competitorsDevelop key expertise in a few products and maintain broad knowledge of all Inoxico productsCreate the necessary tools to document and manage product knowledgeCreate and manage the necessary tickets for development and implementation of the productsAssist with the testing of product changesImplementation (30%)Drive the commercialisation and adoption of new productsFor large new products or complex implementations, assist with delivery throughout the projectWhere implementation will be done by others, take ownership to ensure that they receive the necessary training and monitoring for successParticipate in relevant strategic, tactical and operational meetingsContribute to strategy developmentExecute relevant strategy through related tasks and initiativesGROWTH VISION : This role is central to the delivery of Inoxicos strategy and will expose you to the execution thereof.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : Experience in a consulting environment preferred4-year university degree preferredExperience in product management or project management preferred
