Minimum grade 12 (NQF Level 4) Qualification Essential.
Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or HR systems will be advantageous.
Work experience in an IT systems and development environment.
Minimum 5 years experience on Kronos and 3 years Senior level management experience required.
Work experience in a hospital environment.
Previous experience on Kronos system and SQL essential. Sound knowledge of HR practices, HR systems (personnel, payroll and time and attendance).
Advanced computer literacy essential MS Office Package (Word, Excel). Computer literacy must be at an experienced / advanced level.
Good working knowledge of Vision and Sigma (helpdesk support application) advantageous.
Ensure complete and timeous report of the helpdesk.Ensure the HR systems team provide first line support to all regional and site teams including site HOLOs.
Ensure first line support to all national stakeholders. Manage training and travel budgets relating to the Time and Attendance system.
Support Time & Attendance Kronos stakeholders by providing insight into Time & Attendance workings. Run signoff and payroll interfaces.
Ensure training needs analysis and skills audit are performed. Facilitating coaching to regional time and attendance team.
Identify consistent problem areas and formulate training initiatives. Identify consistent problem areas and develop monitoring reports.
Maintain and update existing CSAs, SOPs, and policies.Understand, implement, and approve the BYTES Service Level Agreement.
Audit Time and Attendance policies and procedures on an ongoing basis.
Ensure report delivery according to business requirements.
Supervision / Management of staff
Manage and provide support and coaching to direct reports & indirect reports.
Implement special project plans.
Risk and compliance
Ensure full compliance to statutory regulations, policies, procedures, best practice, and professional standards. Participate in the process towards compliance of all system interventions.
Identify risks, maintain a risk register, and mitigate any risks identified.Ensure alignment of the system to governance requirements and the regulatory framework and manage any uncertainties from the business that may arise because of such concerns.
Ensure achievement of transformation goals as set out by the Transformation Committee.
