This company is 100% Australian owned, and a start-up geared towards to helping local communities smoothly transition onto the NBN internet provider.

Their team is focused on delivering the NBN to Australian communities, allowing consumers to effortlessly stream movies, music, access emails and seamlessly navigate the Internet faster and safer than ever before.

Being a start-up, they care about delivering an innovative broadband solution that matches customer's connection speed and usage needs.

They take pride in putting customers first and making sure they deliver the service needed.

The gig.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service! You will be talking to potential customers about the different plans, and getting them to sign up, help them sign up, and trouble shoot any issues they may have through chat and phone calls.

The details.

  • You must be proficient with skype, Outlook, internet browser, MS Excel, MS Word and a phone app. You must also have a static IP address.
  • The work shift is from 12pm - 9pm AEDT Monday to Thursday, and 9am - 5pm AEDT on Saturday.
  • Excellent English language skills and lots of patience are a must, and if you have any knowledge of modems, that will be an advantage.
  • Salary dependent on experience.
