Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to :

  • Effective management of stock
  • Control and report on stock variances.
  • Adherence of Workplace Improvement principles.
  • Ensure effective despatching operations in the warehouse.
  • Applying leadership skills to ensure competent and motivated staff.
  • Ensure warehouse complies with QC and risk management.
  • Perform administrative functions.
  • Limiting write offs and losses within the Warehouse.
  • Ensure effective MB management
  • The successful candidate must have the following qualification, skills and experience :

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • A related tertiary qualification would be advantageous
  • 2-3 years’ experience within a similar environment
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft office packages (SAP knowledge will be advantageous)
  • Proven administrative skills.
  • Good communication skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to perform work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal behavioural skills.
  • Numerically inclined.
  • Available to work overtime when required.
  • Effective time management.
  • A self driven, motivated person.
