Recruitment Partner
Location : Remote working / Northwest
Salary : £40,000 plus good bonus structure
The role of Recruitment Partner is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and results orientated Recruitment Specialist to make a real impact on this world leading management consultancy business.
With offices in London and the South, the business has recently expanded into the Northwest and so this newly created Recruitment Partner role will focus on identifying and engaging with the top talent in the Northwest for Clients across energy, construction, nuclear, infrastructure and manufacturing.
Working as part of a wider passionate Recruitment Team you will be responsible for the end to end process for direct hiring at mid-management level for those £40,000-£80,000 salary roles, making between 30-40 hires per year in a well incentivised environment.
Key Responsibilities include;
Identifying and attracting exceptional candidates through a number of direct sourcing channels to maintain a consistent candidate flow
Proactively engaging passive and active candidates for current business demands as well as to nurture talent pools for future hiring
Creating strategies to find unique ways to build talent pipelines
Partnering with the Recruiters and Team Lead to identify talent with a meaningful emphasis on diversity
Screen CVs and profiles to assess candidates and determine fit
Attending recruitment and networking events
Writing job adverts that bring to life what is required for each role
Managing offer negotiations and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
Skills & Experience required;
Extensive sourcing experience from either a volume agency or internal recruitment background
Experience recruiting into a variety of sectors from manufacturing to professional services.

This role will be remote working but with the facility to work from an office space when so desired.
