An IT Solutions company is looking for a Senior T2 Support Engineer to fill a pivotal role.DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO : Respond to phone calls, chats, emails and support tickets in a timely, professional and customer-

centric manner during SA business hoursInvestigate any support escalations coming from variety of channels (internal or Tier 1), document thoroughly and provide clarity to all internal & external stakeholdersProvide on-

site IT support to the Companys team in Cape TownSystem monitoring to proactively detect and address issuesWork with QA, Product and Development to prioritize issues, resolve issues and verify resolutionCollaborate with Product Management to create technical documentation, improve features and functionalityQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE : Grade 12 Senior CertificateCurrent A+ and N+ or equivalent CertificationMinimum 3 years of industry relevant Experience in email / phone / onsite troubleshooting.

Completion of all stated internal and external training as per the individual Personal Development Plan.Drivers LicenseVMware Experience (Basic)Mac Workstation Experience (Intermediate+)Microsoft Office Application Support Experience (Expert)Internet Connectivity Support Experience (Expert)Intermediate Networking ExperienceExperience Administering cloud servicesWindows Server Administration and Support (Certification an advantage)Exchange Server Administration and Support (Certification an advantage)Completion of all stated internal and external training as per the individual Personal Development Plan.
