    Your role

    The mission of RoomRaccoon's Head of Partnerships is helping RoomRaccoon to become the most adopted hotel management system in the world, by leveraging partnerships with companies having trusted relationships with our target group, ultimately creating more demand by those hoteliers for RR.

    Proactively performing quarterly business reviews with our partners to continuously identify & activate new potential opportunities

    Incentivise and reward partnership performance

    Working closely together with our Country Managers to leverage their network and relationships with partners in their territories

    Maintain and improve the RR Partnership Programme

    Actively organising co-branded qualitative exposure (content marketing on social, e-mail, website, etc channels) and organising events (road shows, co-hosted exhibition stands, expert round tables, etc) of partners + RoomRaccoon to our target group, together with our event / project manager

    Continuously bring our Ambassador / referral partnership tier under best attention under our hotelier base

    You will be accountable for

    1. Exponentially growing demand coming through partnerships in € SQL value, both from connectivity partners & referrals

    2. New major partnership opportunities identified & captured

    3. Quarterly business reviews with all major partners

    4. Drive partnership of the month initiatives

    5. Develop and drive partnership and referral strategy
