Our client is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join their team at their Headoffice in Durban. The purpose of the job is to maintain integrated revenue and operations to run at optimal efficiency and ensure turnover and budgets are maintained.
Candidates from TES or Hygiene & Cleaning Sector is advantages. Minimum Requirements : 5 Years + as operations & general management experience Business Manager diploma / degree Strong HR experince Budgest & costing experience Proficiency in Microsoft programmes Ability to manage and supervise intergrated personnel & supervisors.
Clear fingerprints & traceable references Responsibilities : Management of all intergrated turnover Managment of all intergrated capital equipment in the field Responsible for training in division Responsible for recruitment, performance management of all personnel Reponsible formaintaining and managing monthly costs and gross profits on each intergrated site.
Ensuring all staff are provided with appropriate PPE Ensuring all staff are inducted and maintain all health & safety procedures on all customers sites.
Required to attend all disciplinary and HR issues in the division. Duties are not limited to Candidates from Hygiene & Cleaning or Outsource Staffing sector will be advantages.
