So, if you're up for the challenge apply today.What youll be doing : Managing the Candidate Engagement Team to ensure a full understanding of business requirements that need to be met Ensuring the sourcing activity including telephone interviews and the screening process is regularly reviewed to support continuous improvement Working closely with the Recruitment Marketing Team to ensure a consistent flow of quality candidates to deliver requirements Managing the workload of the Candidate Engagement Consultants on an ongoing basis, sharing activities and tasks to ensure maximum capacity of resource is utilised Working closely with the Volume Recruitment Teams to gain a clear understanding of recruitment interview schedules and sharing this with the Candidate Engagement Consultants to align activity accordingly Conducting regular 1 : 1s and providing clear KPIs to the Candidate Engagement Consultants Monitoring activity of the various recruitment systems (ATS, AI engagement, HRIS) ensuring accurate updates are made Producing reports on a daily and weekly basis to monitor activity and liaising with the Candidate Engagement Manager to suggest improvements and efficienciesWhat youll need : Minimum 3 years experience in an onsite volume recruitment environment Project management experience within a recruitment environment (Beneficial) Clear understanding of the recruitment methodologies used within a fast-paced, high-volume contact centre environment Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes suitable for delivering high-level advisor recruitment Experience managing, coaching, and developing a team in a recruitment space Experience using in-house recruitment systems and other associated IT packages, HR systems, and ATS Knowledge of candidate attraction as well as current recruitment methods including social media and digital
