s overall and per line item. Manage the daily movement of stock together with the Inventory Controllers based in Gauteng at the main warehouse.
Manage and monitor the stock ordering based on approved budgets, forecasted sales volume per month and any promotional activity requirements advised by the Product Managers.

Stock according to KPI-s by eliminating credits, swops and returns. Monitor stock that must be classified for B-Stock warehouse sales.
Back-order reporting stock and action planning to resolve back-order situations. Conducting stock takes as and when required in terms of good standards and procedures for the Warehouse annually Ensuring that all stock received is receipted into the SAP system within a reasonable time.
Ensuring that the costing of stock is accurate and to change the costing structures from time to time as the need arises.
F Logistics Management : Prepare annual budget for all logistics costs and submit to the Head of Finance & Administration.
Manage and monitor the monthly logistics costs versus the budget and report any deviations and / or errors thereof. Selection of outsource partners and negotiating rates and required service level agreements required.
Ensure robust, efficient and effective supply chain processes. Ensuring that the daily activities required for the successful invoicing and delivery of appliances to customers Reporting : Analyse monthly costs for warehousing, distribution, stock holding and imputed interest and provide monthly reports to the management team.
Monthly slow moving stock report to senior managers, departmental heads and product managers. Qualifications : Industrial commercial training with a certified further education in the field of Logistics and Warehousing management.
B or equivalent tertiary degree. SAP knowledge specifically the MM modules. Experience is required in both logistics and warehousing functions with at least a 5-
