Responsibilities : Designing solutions for customers from existing templates and solutions setsr>

Implementing digital transformation technologiesr>

Providing technical assistance for implementationsr>

Driving digital adoptionr>

Providing support to resolve IT queriesr>

Assisting on the service desk when requiredr>

Problem management by identifying root cause analysis and problem resolutionr>

Identifying opportunities for developing new projects, processes or templatesr>

Creating and maintaining accurate documentation and toolingr>

Conducting monthly checks on back-upsr>
