Were looking for A passionate and enthusiastic Administrative Secretary to join their team and provide administrative support to the CEO, both on a business and personal level.

The ideal candidate should be committed, highly organised and passionate about changing peoples lives. As well as assist the Senior Executives with any general secretarial duties, i.

  • e. copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, maintenance of filing system, or any other adhoc duties; Who are you? You are passionate about administration;
  • You enjoy taking minutes and dictations and following up on action items; You have numerical ability and general finance knowledge;
  • You are detail orientated; You have exceptional organization and time management skills; You have the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at a time.

  • You have advanced MS Office experience; You have excellent report writing skills; You have superb communication skills at a range of levels (written and verbal);
  • You have strong administrative skills; You have pro-active problem-solving abilities; You have the ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Whats the role? You will be responsible for : Taking minutes / dictations / notes during meetings; Follow up on action items and ensure they are followed through;
  • Prepare powerpoint presentations; Prepare required documents and agendas in preparation for meetings; General secretarial duties - Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing and maintaining filing system;
  • Management of office supplies inventory such as groceries, stationery and water. Support in attending to personal requirements of CEO Personal Expense management E.

  • g. Vehicle licencing, organising household maintenance, purchasing groceries, municipal accounts etc Assist Senior Executives with general secretarial duties- copying, scanning, faxing, emailing and maintaining filing system, or any other adhoc duties;
  • Boxes to tick Matric; Office Administrative Diploma or similar / relevant qualification (Essential); 10 Years Experience in an administrative environment (Essential);
