Are a recent graduate with an HR-related qualification
Are able to multi-task and remain calm in a high-pressure, demanding environment
Have outstanding communication skills
Have excellent attention to detail
Are able to take initiative, be self-motivated and proactive
Have excellent interpersonal skills
Have an ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Are structured and organised with good time management skills
Are computer literate and have experience using MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Are a happy, quick and willing learner
Are creative and have a flair for coordinating events *Youre role and responsibilities : * Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include :
To have a good understanding and knowledge of our company policies
Assisting the HR team with all HR administration, which will include :
Administration and coordination of all staff files
Updating the company's internal platform with employee details
Assisting with recruitment, which will include :
Posting internal and external job adverts
Screening CV's and compiling candidate shortlists
Setting up interviews
Coordinating recruitment tests
Reference and MIE background checks
Drafting of offer letters
Other ad hoc HR
Duties :
One-week reviews
Absence management
Onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
Coordinating social events; social corporate responsibility and year-end functions
Duties :
Answering client calls that come through reception
Office management and maintenance
Dealing with external couriers
Ordering supplies
