  • Responsibilities :

  • Operate telephone / switchboard service
  • Provide information and assistance regarding telephone numbers and complete certain types of calls.
  • Enquire as to the nature of calls in order to refer appropriate person or service
  • Answer internal and external calls (local and long distance) and transfer calls. As required, take and relay messages.
  • Provide telephone assistance to visitors and internal customers as required.
  • Compile and update data related to the area of activity
  • Correct and update electronic telephone directory
  • Type, photocopy, complete and distribute documents related to switchboard, telephone service or any other routine document
  • Use standard office equipment such as computer, photocopier and fax machine

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Other program knowledge advantageous.
  • Excellent command of languages / additional language beneficial
