Position Description :
Key roles and responsibilities :
Manages the Outwork development process between all internal design teams and TFG approved outwork suppliers
Receives the outwork development requests from design teams
Ensures the timeous development of outwork designs
Manages the outwork supplier relationship
Books production capacity at outwork suppliers based on price, region and capability
Updating of production schedules and internal PLM system
Understands the complexity of outwork process and gives guidance on special conditions that must be catered for by both parties.

Relevant degree / diploma (Clothing management / design)
Microsoft office skills
Good communication skills
The ability to negotiate
Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
