Duties will include (but not limited to) : Bank statements daily check and reconciling DebtorsCreditorsFiling on a regular basisGRVsGenerating / obtaining POsResponsible for Petty Cash management.
Submitting petty cash claim forms with supporting documents to Head Office for reimbursementsRequesting quotations from suppliersObtaining approvals, preparing payment requests for sign-off, submitting to Finance for paymentDaily update of SAGE system wrt stock levels, raw materials, assembliesMaintaining sufficient raw material levels for use at all times (this will include planning and ordering ahead of time)How to apply : 1.
