Junior Bookkeeper required for well-known accounting firm based in East London. Your role will include all aspects of the financial administration and bookkeeping along with any other duties which may be required during the normal course of business conducted by the company.

Recruitments :

Grade 12

Post matric financial qualification would be highly preferential

Computer Literate in MS Office, Property Software MDA

Must be accurate and have attention to detail.

Previous Bookkeeping experience.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Ability to work with various banking platforms

Bookkeeping software package knowledge

Experience with trust and business accounts

Advanced Excel experience

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a team

Must be pro-active.

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must have strong interpersonal, Organizational, leadership, and analytical skills.

Must be results driven.

Duties Includes, but is not limited to :

Receipting

Credit Control

Debtor Management

Payments

Data Capture on MDA

FICA Compliance

Municipal Queries

VAT returns
