Suppler composite materials, Polycarbonate, GRP Fibreglass, Perspex Acrylic, PVC, Polyethylene, Resins, gelcoats, pigments, reinforcements, catalysts, additives, Garden Sheds, Awnings, Durobar clear polycarb burglar bars, greenhouses, carports, to trade and industry and construction, light steel frame construction, Podhaus, fibre cement, and more seeks a Branch Manager to service the Western and Northern Cape region.

Min 5yrs Branch manager experience and exposure to material for building, hardware, and composite trade. Must have experience in sales, marketing, logistics, warehousing, finance and the business management function for a high turnover business.

Degree or National diploma, own car, English and Afrikaans. Your focus will be on bringing on and servicing new accounts.

The company is on a massive expansion drive and looking for someone eager to seek out new business opportunities for us in the Western and Northern Cape, so the focus is Sales, Marketing, new business and growing market share.

Min 5 years of sales rep or sales manager experience. You will need experience managing and growing sales reps

You will need strong negotiation skills, admin and CRM skills. Experience in selling construction / building / related materials advantageous

Your Duties and Responsibilities will include the day to day running of the branch, achieving and maintaining sales budgets and targets set by the company, developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans, direct all operational aspects such as distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, marketing and sales, stock control and managing of staff.

You will need to bring out the best of the branchs personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

You will be responsible for cost-cutting and saving, maintaining good relationships with existing customers, sourcing new business and building new relationships with new customers, analysing trends, conducting annual stock takes and general housekeeping
