A well-established Automotive Dealership is looking to employ an HR Manager in their HR Department.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor of Commerce Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years' Automotive Experience in the HR Department
  • Valid driver's license
  • Responsibilities :

  • Recruitment of staff
  • Disciplinary procedures and protocol adherence, in consultation with Labour Attorney
  • Staff Training Needs Analysis and booking of Training
  • Monthly Payroll
  • Medical Aid consultations with Broker and Employee
  • Provident Fund consultations with Broker and Employee
  • Annual submission of EMP501
  • Annual submission of Employment Equity reports
  • Annual submission of Skills Development reports
  • COID reporting and submission of Claims
  • Ordering of staff uniforms and Business cards
  • Registration of Apprenticeship Contracts with Merseta
  • Application of Trade Tests for Apprentices with the relevant Training body
  • All other duties and responsibilities that come with the HR function
  • Software Experience :

  • Sage VIP Payroll
  • Merseta NSDMS system
  • MIBCO Online
