ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Deliver high-end motion design work with your eye for detail to craft pixel-perfect design across all digital platforms (social-first). Both 2D and 3D.
Deliver video editing work.
Sound mixing skills is a plus.
Translate creative design concepts into and motion deliverables.
Able to bring projects alive through motion and / or video editing to create compelling experiences.
Have a clear understanding of UI and interaction, and be able to give it more purpose through motion.
Work together with the creative team and tech team to secure quality during implementation.
Ideate in the early stages of the project with other members of the creative team.
Strong attention to detail as well as an eye for the big picture.
Listen to and respond to briefs and question gaps.
Collaborate with the client and team.
Share your passion and skills with the team.
Be accountable for the project deliverables and manage the quality of all design deliverables to ensure they meet standards for creative excellence.
QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS
Minimum 3 years of experience in motion design.
Confident using After Effects and Adobe Suite.
Can navigate Figma.
Have an exciting portfolio displaying your understanding and love of motion design and video editing.
Be an expert in animation principles, timing, framing, lighting, and design.
Experience in a fast-paced international agency environment could make lives easier.
A relentless drive to learn is essential.
Not afraid to speak out, ask for feedback and give feedback.

Experience with 3D software (C4D, Blender )
