  • Salary : R18 000, R21 600 OTE
  • Prerequisite :

  • Must be able to write and speak fluently in Arabic and English.
  • Please note : Application will not be considered should you not have both of the above prerequisites

    Required :

  • University degree (any discipline)
  • Experience in Customer Support
  • Vital to have experience in either HTML, CSS, Freshdesk or Zendesk
  • Experience in live chat support is a plus
  • Exceptional communication & writing skills
  • Full computer literacy
