Computer literate and competent with all Microsoft Office programs. Excellent organisational skills. Attention to detail.
Ability to work within a team and self-driven. Job description : Project co-ordination for a national hand sanitizer installation roll out for a minimum period of 2 to 3 months.
Daily planning and monitoring of seven regional installation teams. Feedback on the daily installations completed and comparison to timelines and targets.
Compiling and communicating progress reports to Client on a weekly basis. Monitoring the usage and replenishment requirements of the hand sanitizer.
Responding to call outs and scheduling ad hoc services when requested by the Client. Budget and expense reconciliation of the above mentioned.
