a Well-known Insurance company is seeking a Treasury Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage treasury functions
Continuously ensure effective treasury functions
Always keep accurate records of all treasury activities and transactions and report to the manager
Ensure daily optimum funding structure and keep interest charges to a minimum
Constantly follow strict control procedures in all cash dealings
Successfully maintain documentation of these control procedures at all times
Continually keep abreast of new development and effectively communicate applicable information to the company
Manager MIS functions :
Compile monthly and quarterly reports to the board, and other committees.
Assist in the identification of internal control weaknesses and suggest / implement improvements
Monitor the assurance to Finance policies and procedures
