Training & Qualifications :
Refrigeration technician qualification (Training to be provided in-line with training policy).
Tools & Equipment
Tools to be provided by the company (Tool policy to be signed).
Breakdown vehicle to be provided by the company (Vehicle policy to be signed).
To run, oversee, co-ordinate and monitor the operations of the HVAC Department in order to achieve the company’s quality targets by ensuring;
All HVAC and HC Systems products are correctly set up and commissioned.
That the set up of controllers and switches are to the design specification.
That all drives are pre-set to the design specification.
That all equipment is supplied free of leaks and with a dry nitrogen holding charge.
That all electrical diagrams are supplied with the unit.
That all electrical connections are tight.
That all fastening and mounting bolts are present and tight.
That all units have been pre charged with oil where applicable.
Break downs :
That all break downs are attended to in the most efficient and productive manner.
That all work is done ensuring a minimum of repeat calls.
That all work is done for a lasting and professional solution.
That all repairs are in accordance with relevant electrical and safety codes.
