Your Role as a Greek CSSR

Work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams

Assistance to passengers with pre & post flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations

department in German & English languages

Work on renowned airline reservations systems & handle outbound voice calls, written correspondence

other multimedia channels daily

Fully paid product and systems training provided

Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments

Required to meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels

Demanding and time-sensitive call centre environment

1. Working hours :

a) Operational hours (Mon-Fri) 08h00 17h00 including weekends (08h00 17h00)

b) Rotational weekends and Shifts at 40 hours per week. EU daylight savings will apply.

  • Shifts may be subject to change depending on client requirements.
  • 2. Training

    a) 2 weeks classroom / practical training

    b) 2 weeks call centre integration

    c) Assessments will take place during training with pass mark of 85% required

    3. Probation period : 4 months

    4. Training & Probation at the company offices Work from office

    a) Remote / work from home consideration depends on individual performance at the

    Companys sole discretion.

    5. Salary : R15 833,33 per month

    6.Retention bonus : R20 000 per annum (Paid after completion of 1 year service and annually thereafter on work anniversary)

    7. Part time employment may be considered up to minimum of 20 hours per week

    Requirements :

    1. Native level fluency in Greek language : Verbal & Written skills essential (Advanced / Fluency level)

    2. Permanent residence permit or South African ID holders only

    3. Flexibility to work shifts as above. No weekends currently however this may be subject to change

    4. Excellent customer service skills essential. Experience in call centre or travel & tourism industry


    5. Excellent Computer literacy & technical skills

    6. Knowledge & experience on MS Office products & able to work on Windows-based operating

    systems. Previous experience on travel reservations systems is beneficial.

    7. Own transport

    8. No criminal record. Will be required to complete biometrics at the company offices
