Responsible for tenders bidding, business proposals and complex projects. Project implementation from start to completion including contracts management.
Developing revenue growth strategies and plans. Researching business opportunities and viable income streams. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
Writing business proposals. Drafting and reviewing contracts. Negotiating with stakeholders (suppliers, service providers, clients, staff, etc.
Following industry / market trends and develop relevant sales strategies. Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients. Increasing client base through new client acquisition. Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
Must have the following skills but not limited to the following; High-level communication and writing skills. Stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to negotiate. Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy. Budgeting and Project costing.
