Previous experience in Network Marketing and / or MLM positions with high levels of success. Omni-Channel health beverage company with access to traditional retail, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, and medical channels across 60 countries.
The company is currently expanding its territory into Africa and sourcing a Business Development - Sales Manager to join their team and grow the business foot-print though out South Africa.
In order to be considered the following is required : · Proven high achievers in direct sales / network marketing or multilevel marketing · Proven track record to recruit in network marketing / direct sales · The ability to self-motivate and motivate a national team Responsibilities : · Achieve sales volume and value targets as set by management · Achieve distribution, ranging and listing targets as communicated by management · Actively sell all products across the range · Recruitment in direct sales · Introduce and sell-in new products to customers · Maintaining and developing sound business relationships with all relevant business partners · Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs · Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople · Providing management with feedback · Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements · Following industry trends locally and internationally To apply for this position please forward CVs to vacancies emporium.
