The opportunity :
To support Merchandise Supply Chain division’s strategy and verticalisation program, we have identified the need for a resource that will drive change adoption and grow the division’s change culture.
The aim of this role is to maximize the benefits of organizational change.
Reporting Line : Senior Manager Business Process & Technology
Where the role fits in : TFG Merchandise Supply Chain Division, Business Process & Technology Department
Developing and executing tactics and plans for change management that increase employee engagement and reduce resistance
Analysis of operational changes and asses the change impact
Effectively communicating the change with the affected employees
Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics
Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change
Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these
Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives.
Providing support and coaching advise to executives and people managers to help them install change culture in their teams
4 Year HR formal qualification and Change Management qualification
Experience : Minimum of 8 years change management related work experience including systems deployment change support
Systems knowledge : Microsoft, Product Lifecycle Management System, Quality Management System and Enterprise Resource Planning System
