The role of the Executive Head : Enterprise Marketing is to develop strategy and lead marketing of the Vodacom brand, by
understanding the local market forces and drivers.
Your Responsibilities will include :
Reach all target markets through effective communications and brand management.
Ensure that Vodacom advertising is delivered as of the brand guidelines
Request for the key research and report on impact of our communication campaigns, in order to enhance Brand equity
and leverage the new campaigns.
Good understanding of business, positioning, segmentation, distribution channels, community needs and delivering on
To communicate effectively with partners and customers at all levels; write reports, plan & strategies
Identify competitive opportunities and threats
Establish relationships, built rapport, understand the needs & interests of customers

Delivery of the Brand global framework into the local market (Purpose led organisation, Brand positioning &
Execution of the Brand Communication Governance Framework
Brand & communication budget management

The ideal candidate for this role will have :
3 year related degree or national diploma (essential) and
A minimum of 10 years in marketing and commercial fields inclusive of 3 years in Senior Brand management
Business-to-business marketing will be an advantage
5 years of management experience / leadership experience
