PSG requires the services of an experienced Project Manager with atrack record in managing complex projects involving several projects, projectteams and departments.
This include overall scoping, planning, scheduling andresource allocation whilst providing strategic direction and compliance toquality standards.
Responsibilities / Activities :
Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate the feasibility of projectsthat support the achievement of business objectives
Defineproject scope in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that project deliverablesand expectations are clearly articulated and aligned to business objectives
Developproject plans which identify and sequence the activities and timelines neededto successfully complete the project
Coordinatethe implementation of project systems and processes in line with the requiredtime, cost and quality standards
Identifyand assign resources and stakeholders required for the execution of the project
Determinethe project objectives and measures of success which will be used to evaluateproject effectiveness
Track anddrive the implementation and delivery of the project plan in line with thescope, cost and time parameters of the project
Identifyrisks and collaborate with stakeholders to manage the mitigation of risks
Createchannels that monitor project progress and deliver reports that accuratelyreflect the progress of the project
Manage theproject close out and the assessment of project effectiveness to makerecommendations to improve project impact
Manage project teams to ensure collaboration to achieveoptimal cross process integration.
Qualifications & Experience :
Degree in Project Management or BusinessManagement
A minimum of five (5) years projectmanagement experience, managing various projects and resources
Knowledge of and experience in projectmanagement methodology
Financialservice industry knowledge and experience
