Duties :

à  · Present, promote and sell products / services to current and potential clients.

à  · Establish, develop and maintain current client and potential clients relationship and goodwill.

à  · Provide customers, branches and dealers with feedback on outstanding parts on a daily basis.

à  · Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer satisfaction.

à  · Treat customers, dealers and branches fairly and with honesty and demonstrate commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices.

à  · Ensure that inventory levels are maintained at all times.

à  · Manage the movement of goods, inbound and outbound.

à  · Manage all warehouse processes and procedures.

à  · Manage supplier and all procurement aspects, local and foreign.

à  · Ensure all required standards in the warehouse are met and maintained.

à  · Implement improvement projects on an ongoing basis.

à  · Ensure parts sales targets are achieved and costs are kept in line with budget.

à  · Upskilling and training of dealer and staff.

Requirements :

  • Matric (Grade 12 )
  • At least years'' experience in a similar role within Logistics
  • Experience in wholesale and retail essential
