Multi-disciplinary technical experience in Rail ProjectsProven experience and understanding of industry engineering managementThorough knowledge of railway engineering and operationsKnowledge of statutory railway requirements such as CSM-RA, CDM, ROGS, RiR etcGood skills in Relationship Development aligned to customer focus, communication, influencing, Risk Management, Problem Solving / Decision Making, Leadership, Achieving Results, Managing People and development, and Partnering & Collaborative working.

The RoleAs the Engineering Manager you will manage multidisciplinary Rail Projects that will include Civil , Pway / Track, OLE and Signaling.

These projects will range from 5m to 50mDutiesQuality assurance and document controlUndertaking technical reviews on projectsMeeting cost and time targets and having an input to theseEnsure projects health and safety standards are maintainedPreparation of pre-qualification responses, proposals and tendersBuilding and maintaining close working relationships stakeholdersEnsure successful delivery of projects by liaising with multiple project teamsThis role has the opportunity to be either Permanent or Contract with a competitive Salary or Rate on offer for the successful candidate.
