Duties :

Mastermind compliance policies and protocols on behalf of the organization

Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and noncompliance situations.

Take action in dealing with noncompliance situations

Perform compliance audits to determine whether establish protocols are being followed and where they can be improved

Develop and implement a compliance program to ensure the organization operates within the laws

Qualifications :

Completed Bcom in Risk / Law or similar field is required

Experience :

A minimum of 3 4 years experience is required
