At least 6 months experience in a contact centre (outbound or inbound campaigns)
Well-spoken English and excellent telephone etiquette
Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
Good interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication
Computer literate using a keyboard & mouse
Excellent customer service skills and a positive, customer focused attitude
Working in a busy sales and marketing environment, within a friendly and professional team. Your role will entail contacting customers to offer them a variety of products and value-added services.
