Finance and Admin Manager Introduction This Health Care Company is looking for a manager to take charge of clinic administration accounting and finance including reporting recons and management of staff This position is based in Kommetjie Description Management of bank reconciliation process to Hospital Management System Compilation review and interpretation of all financial and admin reports monthly management pack and various analytical reports Assisting with monthly audit trail analysis Provide information and response to internal and external auditors Management of Credit Control Billing procedures Partake in drafting of standard operating procedures and policies Monitoring control and management of budget and Management System Staff training development Management and control of asset register patient and admin records and archive filling Payroll with related taxes and submissions to relevant authorities Profile Bcom Degree or relevant 5 years relevant experience Must have managerial experience SAP and Patel experience will be an advantage
