You will be responsible for attending to tickets logged by clients and ensure that these tickets are resolved within the shortest time and to the satisfaction of the client.
You will conduct analyses on tickets and implement methods to minimize the recurrence of specific problems.
You will be required to gather supporting information and logging data and provide this information to the development team to address bug fixes and other problems where required.
Above average SQL skills will be a huge advantage.
As a secondary mandate, you will be responsible for establishing an automated testing infrastructure to conclude system testing.
The company has existing TestComplete licenses, therefore candidates with existing knowledge of TestComplete will have an advantage.
