Responsibilities :
ØThe Acquisitions agent is responsible for sales and lead conversion targets.
ØMarketing of the company to both existing and new customers.
ØFollow up on outstanding leads and / or queries.
ØHandle inbound and make outbound calls according to campaigns.
ØDemonstrate excellent knowledge of product, service offerings and systems.
ØNegotiate and make relevant product and service adjustments in line with customer needs, product pricing and company sales strategy.
ØDealing with customer queries and complaints in a competent, efficient and professional manner, in accordance to company quality standards and values.
ØSelling of value added services.
ØUp-selling of company products.
ØObtaining referrals from new company customers.
ØProvide constant feedback to intermediaries, management and other departments regarding status of leads.
ØEnsure quality benchmarks are achieved.
ØManage time and workloads to ensure that deadlines and targets are met.
ØAlign own behaviour with company culture and values.
ØEnsure achievement of own performance requirements.
Job Requirements :
ØMinimum Matric qualification.
ØPrevious call centre experience in a sales environment is essential.
ØRE 5 is a requirement.
Ø120 FAIS credits advantageous.
ØMS Office knowledge (Basic or Intermediate Excel) .
