Requirements

  • Matric or matric equivalent
  • Ability to work retail hours
  • Experience in managing a large team
  • Duties :

  • Manage store team to increase sales
  • Recruit, train and develop a highly motivated sales team
  • Analyze store performance and make commercial decisions
  • Calculate all financial figures to optimize store performance
  • Solve problems that affect the store service, efficiency and productivity
  • Plan and execute store operations
  • Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
  • Actively support and communicate with managers and colleagues to support the reduction of stock loss within the store
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and monitor what local competitors do
  • Ensure the company image is kept up to date according to international standards
  • Implementing plans and changes according to national and international standards
  • Encourage all staff to deliver visual excellence
