Job Purpose We are looking for Operations Manager to support business objectives by managing fulfilment of requests from clients and staff in order to achieve business results with effective level of client satisfaction and risk management.
In this role you will provide support to business in regards to our different digital platforms and customer offerings and your task is to drive standardization and continuous improvement of assigned processes in collaboration with markets and other business stakeholders.
Responsibilities - Leadership and management of support team - Development and implementation of operational policies and procedures - Ensure that Service Level Agreements are in place and adhered to - Act as a liaison between cross functional and business stakeholders - Automation of reports and processes - Driving of the Net Promoter scores for the business unitQualifications and Experience - Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate - Diploma or Degree in Operations, Project Manager or Similar
