Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure completion in a timely fashion and within budget and scope. Project Managers verify project resources for skillset, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.


Duties / Key Performance Indicators :

  • Coordinate internal resources, as well as vendors and stock, towards the execution of projects to meet customer and internal timeline and budget requirements.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered within scope and with the required documentation and sign off procedures.
  • Ensure resource allocation based on skill and project scope.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks such as GP, SHE and timeline. Report and escalate to management as and when needed.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with third parties / vendors and customers.
  • Provide weekly reports to management on project progress, highlighting risk and mitigation factors to timelines and GP targets.
  • Design, continuously improve, and implement strategy for Health and Safety in · terms of applicable law as well as good practice.

  • Qualifications / Certifications :

    Primarily IT degree / diploma.

    PMI Certifications (such as CAPM or PMP), PMBoK

    Prince2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) certification

    Experience level :

    Ideally early 30’s age. 5 years experience in IT / AV project management or Project lead position
