  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Maintains telecommunication system with 12 incoming lines and 52 extensions
  • Taking and delivering messages to employees
  • Diary management and management of meeting rooms
  • Assists with administration and clerical duties including faxing, copying and making travel plans
  • Support administrative and special project requirements, as assigned
  • Manage office supplies such as stationery
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area
  • PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED

  • Polished professional with positive attitude and manner
  • Dedication and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated excellent organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Grade 12
  • Minimum 2 years previous clerical, administrative or receptionist experience
  • Good typing skills with a high level of proficiency with general PC Applications (Microsoft)
