RECEPTIONIST 3-YEAR CONTRACT 1. HTB Consulting is currently looking for a confident and energetic incumbent to fill the above-mentioned position.

Basic Requirements : - Grade 12 (please attach a certified copy of certificate) Receptionist related qualification and experience will be an added advantage.

Preference will be given to females. Proficiency in English will be a key determinant for appointment. Competences and Attributes : Attention to Detail Team player Ability to plan own activities and meet deadlines Interpersonal skills Integrity and honesty Ability to work under minimal supervision Ability to work under pressure Report writing Ability to use a computer (Microsoft Office) Professionalism Customer centricity.

Multitasking. Telephone management skills. Responsibilities : Answer and direct phone calls. Maintain CEO and COO diaries.

Maintain client contact lists. Provide general hospitality support to visitors. email supporting documents to : info htbconsulting.
