Our client in the Hospitality Sector is seeking a mature female Administrative Assistant.
Reporting to the Admin Manager, the purpose of this role is to effectively perform administrative tasks and functions in the support of the day-to-day operations of the business.
Responsibilities :
Answering of phone calls and managing reservation enquiries
Administer quotations and bookings
Receiving of booking payments and allocating deposits paid
Updating online reservation platforms
Register and issue access codes to visitors and owners
Register new personnel on the Biometric Clock System
Replenishing of stock (cleaning materials etc.)
Distributing monthly statements to owners
Transporting personnel in the mornings and evenings
Monitor security system during working hours
Administration duties and support to Management
Requirements :
Must be able and willing to work alternative Saturdays and Sundays and 'sleep over' (accommodation on site will be provided)
Experience working on SEMPER booking system will be an added benefit
Must have drivers license
Ability to speak fluently in Afrikaans and English
Salary :
R6 500- R7 000 Basic Salary
