This position is responsible for supporting and implementing the marketing, brand and communications strategy by developing and executing below the line and above the line marketing campaigns.
The custodian acts as brand guardian, enhancing brand visibility, recognition, trust and maintaining brand integrity and a clear brand narrativeYOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE : Brand ManagementWork with Human Resources to develop and implement programs to educate, engage and motivate employees to deliver on the brand.
Execute new service and product launches.Working closely with the CMO for a consistent brand message and corporate narrative.
Working closely with sales teams and agent network on sourcing and leveraging advertising and promotional opportunities in line with business objectives.
Lead the annual brand audit and reporting regularly on brand sentiment in your market and within key audiences.Guardian of the brand managing supplier and partner relationships where use of the Group or any sub-brand, logo or company name are used.
Manage creative asset development and delivery across multiple channels.PR & Event planningWork with Customer Care Centre to address customer service problemsPublishing of all Company publications (print and digital)Drafts Speeches and coordinating interviews for senior management for eventsWork with Content Manager to Writing : Social Media Content Copy, Multi-Media Copy, Internal and External documents, Speeches, newsletters, agency briefs, Custodian of the Stakeholder Mapping & Classification Process.
Media Tracking (online and print)Build relationships with media outlets.Managing all internal and external events.Campaign ManagementEstablish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segmentsRecommend marketing and advertising requirements for all products in the portfolio relevant to your market.
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.Call for and receive big-data from the BD TeamAnalyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices provided by the market analysts to build successful strategies.
Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channelsManage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales supportQUALIFICATIONS , MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCEA degree in marketing or communications, IMM qualification a plus, Digital Marketing Qualification a plus.
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns with a financial services, FMCG or telecoms business.Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools5 years experience
